you need cold blooded. also, its pretty easy to see anyone despite having cold blooded or not. So, chances are you'll probably still die with the loadstar in the air.

COD has never had spawn protection from streaks, so no idea what you are talking about. To my embarrassment I got killed by a stealth bomber twice on more than one occassion in MW3, a terrible game.

MW3 has a 5 second protection from killstreaks from the moment you spawn, any killstreak, even the Juggernaut.
